All sales are final, we will only replace products with manufacturing damage. If you have any problem with some of our products, you must provide a photo and evidence of the damaged product.
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or an incorrect address being provided. If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
Any other claim must be directly with the email and tracking number that is provided to each Jeada’s Beauty Cosmetics client.
